Prospect Park Gets New Course
The latest addition to the new Middle Park disc golf course comes in the form of new tee signs. Thanks to the efforts of local volunteers and members of the Quad City Disc Golf Club, the new tee signs were installed throughout the course in March 2007. The signs show all three pin locations (four on hole #8), as well as the par for amateur players and the basic layout of each hole.
The signs were made by River City Signs, a local that makes a wide variety of signs, and also made the signs for the Devils Glen course as well. The Quad City Disc Golf Club is currently selling sponsorships for each hole in order to defray the cost of the new signs.
