| One of the most important pieces of equipment to most disc golfers is their disc golf bag. The Mystery Ranch Company out of Bozeman, Montana, has put it's thirty+ years of experience in the backpack business to good use with this awesome disc bag, the "Golf Mahal". Reknown for making the most durable gear on the market, this first step into the disc golf market is sure to be a success. Because of the attention to detail and high quality standards in the construction and inspection of each individual bag, these bags are very labor intensive and have taken a little longer to get on the market than originally anticipated. | The first official production design will be very similar to the original prototype, but there will be some new added features as well as some revamped aspects. As far as outright changes, the bag has been downsized a touch from its original behemoth status, though still retains an ample amount of storage. It should be noted that the small outermost side pockets are only slightly different from the originals, and are subject to change only slightly from those pictured. Regardless, they will excel at holding cell phones, keys, snacks and the like and will be outfitted with waterproof zipper as seen here. This feature is one that most other backpack style bags on the market dont have and are key to ensuring things stay dry in the pockets of any bag. The umbrella slot on the side has been improved so as to sit higher over the head while wearing the bag with a deployed umbrella. This allows the user to open the umberella and attach it to the bag so they dont have to carry it, thus leaving their hands free. Most people will fit comfortably underneath using any standard to large sized umbrella. Furthermore, the lid and putter rain fly (aka Darth Vader Mask) now roll up and Velcro closed at the top of the main opening of the bag as promised, and now cups front of the bag eliminating the need for the buckle at the bottom. With the amount of pockets and shear storage space on the bag, as well as the desire to keep the price of the bag down, I have also eliminated the score card pocket promised in earlier prototypes. With all the additional stroage options, the score card pocket shouldnt be missed. The included pictures of the finalized model show how the large side compartments can be compressed, immensely slimming down the width of the bag. Note that again these contain waterproof zippers and you can compress these compartments all the way down or only partially, allowing for a variety of different size combinations. |

Color combinations will change periodically and will most likely include a digital camouflage as well as some brighter colors in the future.
